Welcome to Seven Oaks Estate Sales

We hired Jenni and her team after the death of my mother-in-law and father-in-law within 2 weeks of each other.  Needless to say it was a very sad and stressful time for the our family.  Having lived in their 3 story house since 1986 and being “savers” of all things, we had a daunting task ahead of us of cleaning out and preserving memories  of these 2 people that were the head of our family.  Jenni and her team came in and were sympathetic and professional and handled the clean up and clean out of the house with all the memories.  She found personal items of our parents that we didn’t even know existed and preserved them for us.  They worked tirelessly over a 5 week period to catalog and stage every floor of the house and when the sale was completed, the house was cleaned out from top to bottom and ready for the next step.

Had we had to do this ourselves, we would still be working on the house!  Instead, we were given a sizable check from the Estate sale and they cleaned out the house!  Our family highly recommends Seven Oaks Sales as our preferred vendor of choice for estate sales.  Jenni and her team are a true pleasure to work with and you will not be disappointed if you choose them to handle this type of transition.

When we first started thinking about selling off the contents of my father’s house after he passed, we were overwhelmed by how many questions and uncertainties we were facing. How would we decide what to keep and what to throw away? How would we price each item, and how would we know if we priced it accurately? How would we let people know we were having a sale?

When Jenni and her husband came to us, we knew instantly that we had answers to our questions. We could see we would be getting a personal touch with all of my father’s possessions, and that items would be meticulously priced and accounted for. 

Over the next couple months, Jenni and her crew participated in cataloguing the entire house, working tirelessly to ensure every item that could sell would sell. They spent time reaching out to their contacts and advertising online to ensure that there was awareness of the sale. Jenni consulted with various experts (including her husband) to ensure prices were fair and accurate. 

By the end of the sale, Jenni had collected more money for us than we would have ever been able to obtain on our own, and had handled the entire process with almost no involvement from us. Not only had they taken care of the sale, they went the extra step to ensure the house was completely empty and clean by the time they left.

It was an unbelievable experience, and we do not know what we would have done without her and her family. Their diligence, professionalism and honesty was a huge relief to us, and we are so happy we crossed paths. We would recommend them to anyone that requires their services. --K.M.
